I specialize in balyage, customized color techniques, and creating hairstyles that bring out your personality and style. Every head of hair is different, and I take the time to craft a look that works for you.

Hi, I’m Yoyo Hong, owner of Salon Allure.
I’ve been in the beauty industry for over ten years, and I still feel lucky every day to do what I love. Helping people feel confident and beautiful is what drives me, and there’s nothing better than seeing someone leave my chair glowing.
I specialize in balayage, lived-in color, and customized cuts and styles for both women and men. I love creating looks that feel effortless and natural, while still making a statement. Whether you’re looking for a big change or just want to freshen things up, I’m all about making your hair works for you.

Linda Phan
Born and raised on Oʻahu, Linda graduated top of her class from Honolulu Community College, where she received her formal beauty school education and built the foundation for her career in the beauty industry.
She is a bubbly, fun, and creative stylist who truly loves expressing herself through hair. What started as an interest quickly grew into a genuine passion — she fell in love with the artistry, the science, and the confidence that beautiful hair can bring.
For Linda, it’s more than just providing a service. It’s about creating an experience where clients feel comfortable, heard, and confident. She loves helping people enhance their natural beauty or completely transform their look while maintaining healthy, customized results.
She is always striving to grow, refine her craft, and stay inspired by evolving trends and techniques. Hair and beauty aren’t just what she does — they’re truly what she loves.
Kelly Liu
Kelly is a creative soul with a passion for beauty. She has loved all things creative since before she can remember. Colors and shapes fascinated her. She often found herself cutting and coloring her own hair, as well as her friends. After years of struggling to pursue a career in nursing, she knew something was missing. Creativity. She dropped nursing and enrolled herself in beauty school, and for the first time ever, she was thriving in her education.
She graduated in 2012 from Paul Mitchell the School in Honolulu with honors. To this day, she continues to pursue that education to grow her skills. Her specialties include color, cuts, and texture services. She loves meeting new guests and is a firm believer that like people, every head of hair is just as unique as the person wearing it.
